A Public Adjuster (PA) is an insurance claim specialist who works for you!

We interpret your policy, assess damages, determine repair/replacement cost, & negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf until your claim is paid properly.

For your protection Florida Statutes only allow a public adjuster or lawyer to assist with a claim. We ensure all the items are properly covered and your Insurer properly pays. When we get involved, you get paid!

Most business owners are unaware of their rights and we can help get you what you deserve. You pay those premiums so you know you are completely protected, why not get a second opinion? We are not paid unless you are!

Commercial policies are very confusing and difficult to understand. Let us help you know what is and isn’t covered so the correct decisions will be made to fully pay your claim.

We get the maximum payment for your loss/damage,
no matter where you are in the process.

NEW CLAIMS

A new claim allows us to avoid any mistakes an insurance adjuster may have inadvertently documented. This reduces the time a claim is open and gets you paid much faster because we are on top of the situation and create our own estimate for their review.

SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIMS

We offer a free claim audit. Florida has very good laws usually allowing you to reopen a claim if you were not fully compensated. We are paid only if we find areas of underpayment. You often have three (3) years from the date of your loss to file a supplemental claim.

PENDING CLAIMS

If you were paid (or received an offer) we can take over from here. We re-document every aspect of your property loss/damage; typically finding many things not originally included or improperly priced. We are paid only for additional money you receive.

DENIED CLAIMS

We have reviewed many claim denials and found coverage for most all of them. If we believe the insurance company was right, we will tell you.
