A public adjuster (PA) is an insurance claim specialist who works for you.

We interpret your policy, assesses the damage to determine how much it will cost to repair, & negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf until your claim is properly paid.

For your protection Florida Statutes only allow a lawyer or public adjuster to assist the homeowner with a claim. We catch all these items and engage your Insurer to properly pay you. Why they just don’t pay you properly is anyone’s guess. But when we get involved, you get paid!

Most business owners are unaware of their rights and we can help get you what you deserve, after all, you pay those premiums so you know you are completely protected, why not get a second opinion.

Commercial policies are very confusing and most people cannot understand them. Let us help you to understand what is and isn’t covered so the correct questions can be asked to fully pay your claim.

We secure the maximum payment for your loss or damage, no matter where you are in the claim process.

This is generally the very best for the insured. This type of claim allows us to eliminate any mistakes that your insurance adjuster might inadvertently make. This reduces the time a claim is out and gets you paid much faster because we are on top of the situation and have created our own estimate for their review.

Florida has very good laws that usually allow you to re-open a claim if you were not fully compensated. We offer a free claim audit. We are paid only if we find areas of underpayment and/or items that were left out of your claim payment. You often have five (5) years from the date of your loss to file a supplemental claim.

If you have been paid (or have received an offer) for a substantial portion of your claim, we can take over from that point. We re-document and cross refernce every aspect of your property loss/damage and usually find many things that were not originally included and other things that were not properly priced. We are paid only for additional money you receive.

We have reviewed numerous claim denials and have found coverage for many of them. If however, we believe that the insurance company was right, we will tell you.
